POS Software for Cloud Kitchens

A cloud kitchen has no dining-room table flow, but it still needs an accurate path from order entry to preparation, dispatch and sales review.

01

Map order sources before setup

List each channel that currently brings orders into the kitchen and decide which channels need to be entered manually. Petu POS supports outlet order entry and kitchen tickets; third-party marketplace synchronization must be confirmed separately.

This avoids assuming that a POS automatically imports external orders when that connector has not been verified.

02

Make preparation tickets legible

Configure the menu and print a test KOT with realistic item names, quantities and notes. Ensure the kitchen team can identify changes and completed orders using the workflow available in the outlet.

Review KOT setup and stock records.

03

Use reports with their limits in mind

Paid orders and item sales appear in outlet reports. If orders from an external marketplace are not integrated, manually entered data may be required for a complete view. Keep this limitation in mind when comparing channel revenue.
