Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Quick answer

This policy explains the free trial, prepaid plan terms, how to stop renewal, and when subscription payments can be refunded.

Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Draft for review

01

30-day free trial

A new eligible restaurant account receives 30 days of trial access at no charge. No payment is taken to start the trial, and the current trial signup does not automatically convert into a paid plan. To continue after the trial, choose a plan and complete payment.

02

Plan prices and billing terms

India monthly access is ₹499 for 30 days. India annual access is ₹4,000 for 365 days. The selected term is charged upfront as a one-time payment at checkout; it is not an automatic recurring debit under the current billing flow. International prices and payment methods, where available, are disclosed before payment. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed before the transaction.

Access begins after payment is captured or, for a manual payment method, after the payment reference is reviewed and approved. The paid term is added according to the plan details shown at checkout.

03

Cancellation and renewal cutoff

You may stop using Petu POS or contact [email protected] at any time. Because plans are prepaid and do not automatically renew, no future charge is made unless you initiate another payment. To avoid a new term, do not renew or pay for the next term. Access generally remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to the Terms of Service.

04

Refund conditions

Subscription fees are non-refundable after a paid term is activated, and unused days are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where a refund is required by law or this policy. Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, a captured payment that did not activate access, or an amount charged in error. We will verify the transaction and, where a refund is due, return it through the original payment method or as required by the payment provider.

A refund request does not automatically extend access. Payment-provider processing times may apply. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

How to request help

Include the outlet name, payment reference, plan, payment date, and a short description when writing to [email protected]. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, passwords, or one-time passcodes.
